He earned his bachelors in marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his masters in communication from Northwestern University.
Nick Sternowski, Director of Operations
Nick is an excellence-driven operations leader with extensive experience leading high-performing organizations. He partners with managers across Primera to drive performance, productivity, profitability, and innovation while maintaining accountability for safety, quality, and system security. His expertise is the result of nearly 20 years with engineering and energy firms. Nick served in the United States Navy as a Submarine Warfare Officer and Lieutenant, earned his bachelors in electrical engineering from Iowa State University, his masters in engineering management from Old Dominion University, and his MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Brian Alting is a Principal and Director of Technology at Moody Nolan, a design firm offering services in architecture, planning and interior design. He has been with the firm for 26 years and has extensive experience in 3D modeling and renderings. He created and ran the 3D studio for 12 years before transitioning to Director of BIM. In this role, he implemented and trained all staff in Revit and ran the BIM studio for 12 years.
