WEBINAR | Unlocking Knowledge Management at Turner Fleischer with Unanet and Knowledge Architecture

In today’s AEC landscape, firms are faced with an overwhelming amount of data and information spread across a myriad of software platforms. More than ever, efficient knowledge management is crucial for firms looking to streamline operations, foster innovation, and stay competitive.

Turner Fleischer, a leading design studio based in Toronto, Ontario, recognized the importance of knowledge management early on. They began their journey in 2015. In 2019, they hired their first Knowledge Manager and established a dedicated Knowledge Management department by 2021. Today, their Knowledge Management Team plays a pivotal role in enhancing access to information, connecting people, learning from past experiences, retaining critical knowledge, creating best practices, and driving innovation across the firm.

At the heart of Turner Fleischer’s success are two powerful tools: Unanet AE ERP and Knowledge Architecture’s Synthesis Intranet platform. Unanet AE ERP serves as a single source of truth for employee and project data, seamlessly integrating with a constellation of applications within Turner Fleischer. Synthesis aggregates this data and information from key platforms like Unanet AE ERP and OpenAsset, providing employees with a one-stop shop for company standards, policies, best practices, internal communications, and learning and development resources.

Join Marco Marcoccia, Director of Knowledge Management at Turner Fleischer, and experts from Unanet and Knowledge Architecture as they explore Turner Fleischer’s Knowledge Management program. Learn how these technologies are helping AEC firms like Turner Fleischer make the best use of their knowledge to drive growth and innovation.
