Our primary goal in designing the program for the Synthesis Workshop / San Francisco 2019 was to connect you to other Synthesis sponsors, champions, and stakeholders in a collaborative, inspirational, and beautiful setting.
The workshop will combine a mix of interactive working groups, one-on-one sharing, and informal networking to help attendees share knowledge, develop ideas, and build relationships with other clients in the KA Advance community.
The Synthesis Workshop / San Francisco 2019 is free of charge and limited to active clients of Knowledge Architecture.

Welcome + Warm Up
What elevates your employee’s experience at work? You’ll spend the first part of the day digging into this question with an interactive exercise.

Choose Your Own Adventure: Round 1
This will be the first of two Choose Your Own Adventure sessions. In this round, you’ll have the option of:
Gathering with peers for 1:1 intranet tours (be sure to bring your laptop)
Connecting with select KA Connect 2019 speakers for deep dives on topics related to their KA Connect talks
11 AM - 12 PM
KA Connect Debrief: Walk & Talk
Follow a footpath (wear your walking shoes) with a small cohort of your peers and share your takeaways from KA Connect 2019.
12 - 1:30 PM
Lunch
Enjoy a catered lunch inside, or venture outside to enjoy the view of San Francisco’s Golden Gate Bridge.

”Ask the Room” + Wrap Up
How do you compel technical experts to share their knowledge on the intranet? What intranet improvements give you the biggest bang for your buck? This is your opportunity to crowdsource answers to your burning questions.

Self-Hosted Dinner (optional)
Join fellow workshop attendees for an optional self-hosted dinner at a San Francisco restaurant of your choice. We’ll set up the reservations, all you need to do is sign up for a spot during the workshop.
