Ms. Barbara Irwin is the founder and principal of HR Advisors Group LLC, and leads the organization with over 20 years of experience in the field of HR management and organizational development. Ms. Irwin’s quest for excellence has guided the firm in developing a nationwide reputation for effective and efficient Human Resource solutions for their A/E/C clients. Prior to forming HR Advisors Group, Ms. Irwin held various senior level HR positions in the engineering consulting industry including a Vice President with Montgomery Watson Harza (MWH) and Corporate Director of Human Resources with Dewberry. Ms. Irwin holds a MA in Human Resources Management/Development from Marymount University and a BA in Sociology from the University of Maryland.
