Speaker Bio
Lira Luis, AIA, RIBA, NCARB, UAP, LEED®AP, holds multiple licenses including a Chartered Architect designation in Asia, North America, and Continental Europe. Her 16 years of experience encompassed socially-relevant building typologies in Asian and US markets from the award-winning Shelter Pods to designs for Fortune 100 companies. She appeared in NPR, Discovery Channel, and AZ Channel 3. She has been quoted in Asian daily broadsheets, Architectural Record, Metropolis, and Phoenix Magazine. Lira holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Cum Laude, from the University of Santo Tomas and a Master of Architecture degree from Taliesin.
