Speaker Bio
Peter has spent over 20 years in the field of Organizational Development. His primary areas of work have been leadership development, talent management, performance improvement, team building and TQM / Lean. Peter joined HKS in 2006 where he directs the firms Learning and HR services. Previous experience includes working in various industries including Manufacturing, Financial Services and Professional Services and with the Federal Government. He has also been an adjunct Professor with several Universities. Peter holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Temple University and a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Purdue University’s Krannert School.
