Ben has over 25 years of experience working with multi-stakeholder groups in the field of construction, environmental stewardship, and sustainability, in the U.S and internationally. He is adept at facilitating groups on complex issues to help reach common understanding and create mutually beneficial outcomes. Ben is a Certified Lean Practitioner, embracing Lean philosophy (maximizing value, minimizing waste, and respect for people) and applying Lean tools in his leadership and facilitation roles. Ben has been on his lean journey for 8 years.
As a Certified Lean Practitioner at Haley & Aldrich, Melissa is focused on helping clients and professionals improve design and management of the Built Environment, with a particular emphasis in process improvement, systems thinking, and strategic planning. Melissa combines 15+ years of engineering consulting experience with Lean-based facilitation and management consulting skills to increase business performance by tackling complex organizational and process management challenges facing design and construction teams, facilities managers, administrators and executives. Melissa has been on a lean journey for 8 years.
