Susan Stewart has worked in professional services firms for over 15 years focusing in the areas of communications, strategy, marketing, business development and change management. Susan currently works at leading global architecture firm, Woods Bagot as the Global Strategic Development and Change Manager. In her role, Susan works closely with directors and shareholders to articulate and implement the organisational vision and organisation development initiatives, along with change and internal communications requirements. Susan previously worked at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in Communications and as a Communications and Change Management Consultant. She has a Masters in Communication Management and is particularly interested in organisational culture and the changing work environment.
