In this roundtable you’ll have the chance to discuss challenges and opportunities related to leading and managing your firm with other AEC Operations Leaders.

Our topic this month is engaging employees across multiple generations. We’ll discuss what is needed to satisfy and create loyalty amongst our industry’s most junior employees, emerging professionals (i.e. not yet PMs, but getting close) , and established client-facing leaders.
