Deep Dive: Jenny Chatman on Leading Change

Professor Jenny A. Chatman, Professor at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley, will join us for a Deep Dive into making positive change and emerging stronger in the context of a pandemic. We will discuss approaches to inspiring people and helping them clarify priorities, creating a cohesive culture, and maintaining an agile and adaptable organization. Participants will learn a variety of ways of creating the context in which people can do their best work, even under very trying circumstances.
