With over 70 locations across North America, it’s not surprising that Consor Engineering has a detailed office resources section on their intranet, Beacon. Consor’s Office Resource pages enable each office to welcome new and visiting employees so they can easily get up and running and enjoy their stay instead of spending time searching for parking and the wifi password.
What’s Included
Smart Navigation Block
The Smart Navigation Block on the landing page uses the compact grid format to display a stock icon, the title of the page, and the number of offices in each state.
Table Block
List of offices in a table block with only horizontal grid lines enabled.
Single Image Block
A single image block displays a photograph to represent each office, as well as a view of where to park.
Basic Image Block with Links
The basic image blocks used for Where to Eat and What to Do include an image, the venue name in the Title field, and multiple lines of text in the description field. External links were added to the images using the manage images option.
Employee Block
The Employee Block identifies key office contacts for each location.
Collapsible Sections
For states with multiple office locations, the content from the right column is shifted to the left column, and locations are separated into collapsible sections.
Table of Contents Block
For states with multiple office locations, the right column includes a table of contents block listing the headers for the collapsible sections, enabling the user to jump down to a specific location on the page.
