Guide
Once the guide is created, pages can be added and rearranged in the content outliner. Users can easily navigate between sections of the guide using the automatically generated guide outline or navigation footers.
Employee Block
The intranet champions are listed in an employee block in compact grid layout.
Table of Contents Block
The table of contents block allows for a quick scan of the page content, as well as a way to jump directly to a specific topic. The table of contents block populates automatically by picking up text with heading styles applied.
Collapsible Sections
Separating content into collapsible sections allows users to focus on only the information that is relevant to them and also reduces visual clutter.
Basic Navigation Block
Basic navigation blocks appear across the guide in several different layouts—a list without images with descriptions enabled, and compact grids with icons added from the built in stock icon library.
Basic Image Block
Basic image blocks are used to display single images with corresponding step by step instructions.
Basic Document Block
Users can view or download the Professional Bio Template pdf directly from the single basic document block.
