Knowledge Architecture’s GDPR Commitment
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a significant change to European data privacy legislation and went into effect on May 25, 2018. If you are based in the European Union (EU) or do business in the EU, then it is very possible you have EU personal data on your Synthesis intranet. EU personal data may include information such as names or email addresses. If this is your situation, you may be considered a Data Controller under GDPR.
On this page, we offer several resources to help clients comply with GDPR.
Data Processing Addendum
We provide a standard Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to demonstrate how we comply with obligations imposed on Data Processors handling Personal Data for Data Controllers under the GDPR.
Subprocessors
Knowledge Architecture uses subprocessors to provide our services. We enter into data processing agreements as required by Art. 28 of GDPR with each of them.
Information Security
Knowledge Architecture has implemented and will maintain and follow appropriate security measures for online services.
