CLIENT ROUNDTABLES | Fall 2023

We’ll be running five, 90-minute roundtables from October 10 through October 12, including a new roundtable on Learning + Development.

When you register for a roundtable you are asked a simple question, “What question would you most like to ask your peers right now?”

We’ll use the answers to that question to develop the topics and format for the roundtable, which are announced 2-4 weeks in advance.

As always, Client Roundtables are free of charge and limited to active clients of Knowledge Architecture. Please feel free to pass this invitation along to folks in your firm who might be interested.

Internal Communications Roundtable

What makes this roundtable special is our focus on connecting CEOs and Presidents who prioritize investments in organizational development, knowledge management, internal communications, and learning + development in order to help their AEC firms evolve and grow.

In this roundtable, you’ll have the chance to discuss challenges and opportunities related to leading and managing your firm with other AEC CEOs and Presidents.

NOTE: Participation in the CEO + Presidents Roundtable will be limited to CEOs and Presidents at active clients of Knowledge Architecture. If your firm has publicly named a successor to your CEO and/or President, they are eligible to attend as well.


Learning + Development Roundtable

As the AEC industry continues to become more competitive, thoughtful firms are increasingly prioritizing strategies and approaches that accelerate organizational learning as well as individual skill development. By bringing together diverse perspectives, experiences, and expertise, this roundtable aims to foster an insightful exchange of ideas and strategies to help participant firms elevate their learning and development programs as well as evolve and grow their AEC firms.

Intranet Tour: Highlights from Primera's Transition to Synthesis 6

Join us for an interactive tour of Alma, Primera’s Synthesis 6 intranet. Our tour guides will be Matt Dvorak, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Communications, and Nick Sternowski, Director of Operations.

Primera launched Alma to all employees on June 5th, after two months of planning and design followed by four months of building.

In this Intranet Tour, Matt and Nick will share:

  • Inspiring examples of intranet content and communications the Primera team built during their transition to Synthesis 6

  • What Primera’s users are enjoying the most about Alma

  • Synthesis 6 transition strategies and lessons learned

We’ll make sure to save plenty of time for Q+A.

This 45-minute webinar will take place on Thursday, August 17th at 11 AM PDT.
