When you register for a roundtable you are asked a simple question, “What question would you most like to ask your peers right now?”
We’ll use the answers to that question to develop the topics and format for the roundtable, which are announced 2-4 weeks in advance.

His expertise is the result of 20 years of experience providing marketing, internal and external communications, and proposal management services in the AEC industry. He earned his bachelors in marketing from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and his masters in communication from Northwestern University.
Nick Sternowski, Director of Operations
Nick is an excellence-driven operations leader with extensive experience leading high-performing organizations. He partners with managers across Primera to drive performance, productivity, profitability, and innovation while maintaining accountability for safety, quality, and system security. His expertise is the result of nearly 20 years with engineering and energy firms. Nick served in the United States Navy as a Submarine Warfare Officer and Lieutenant, earned his bachelors in electrical engineering from Iowa State University, his masters in engineering management from Old Dominion University, and his MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
